Block printing is an ancient art form that Judy Lynn, a local artist, has nailed to perfection. She designed this block print of the historic Beverly Shores Depot on the Chicago South Shore and South Bend Railroad. This iconic train station, designed by Arthur U. Gerber, was built in 1929. It is the last example, in Indiana, of the Spanish Colonial style he designed for eleven stations along the North Shore Line and the South Shore Line.
Framed block print measures 10 1/8" X 10 1/8" and is one of only two that Judy Lynn made of the Beverly Shores Depot.
