Everything You Need to Know About the 5x5 Fundraising Event!
Our 5x5 event is almost here! For those of you who are not familiar:
The Beverly Shores Depot Museum and Art Gallery features a fundraising event each May whereby artists and aspiring artists donate a 5”x 5” work of art that sells for $55 and is on display in our gallery. At 5:00 on Friday evening, May 9th, the doors to The Depot open (though patrons can often be found in line much earlier!) and buyers dash into the gallery to affix a prepaid sticker to their favorite work of art!

You can pre-buy a sticker for $55 (inc. tax) online at: https://bsdepot.com/products/5x5-sticker
You don’t have to pre-buy a sticker. You may buy one at the event.
You may also come to The Depot that evening to visit our museum, our gift shop, and view the 5x5’s on display without purchasing a sticker.
The art is also available for purchase online at 7:30 pm on May 9thth after the in-person event is over at 7:00 pm that evening.
Purchased artwork may be picked up at The Depot on June 3rd or 4th.
The 5x5 is one of the most important fund-raising events for The Depot that is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) entity. Our treasured Depot is dedicated to preserving the history of our region through projects such as The Heritage Trail in Beverly Shores, archiving historical photos and documents that can be found on our website, and featuring art exhibits from outstanding talent in the region that inspire, educate, and entertain.
