This PUZZLE JAZZ Album introduces a game called 2 OCTAVE MELODIES. The object of the game is to find hidden melodic phrases from well-known songs and the names of famous artists who performed them.
Each puzzle in the game is organized around 15 white and 10 black columns arranged like the notes in a two octave scale on a piano keyboard.
When solved, each puzzle will reveal the melodic phrase, followed by the name of the artist, written from left to right on the keyboard over several lines. Here is an example of how a lyrical phrase and artist for the song “Ain’t No Sunshine” might appear.
There are a total of 25 puzzles in this Album. For each you are given the letters and spaces for all 25 keys as they appear in the solution, but you must determine the proper order of the keys. In keeping with our PUZZLE JAZZ theme, the puzzles come in three levels of difficulty: SMOOTH (easiest), SWING and JAZZ MASTER (hardest).
